It’s May and we’ve got two great recipes for you to try.
- Chinese Barbecued Pork, p. 173
- Auntie Betty’s Cellophane Noodles, Mushrooms, & Barbecued Pork, p. 172
You’ll want to start off making the barbecued pork, since it’s an integral ingredient in the other recipe. When we made barbecued pork as part of the first go-round of Wok Wednesdays, cooking our way through Stir-Frying to the Sky’s Edge, the response was incredible. People LOVED it, and many WW members said it went on to become part of their regular meal rotation. The recipe makes more than you need for Auntie Betty’s Cellophane Noodles, but I’m guessing your extras aren’t going to last very long.
