LYL – Hot Pepper Beef

    • I should be getting “work” done but I just had to take a peek at the posts. Your photography is so mouthwatering Karen! Glad you love the recipe. A Chinese family would never serve a meal of just stir-fries. When I was growing up my parent’s classic dinner was a steamed fish, a stir-fry with beef, chicken or pork, a veg stir fry, steamed rice, and a soup. Sometimes instead of the fish, my mom would make a braised dish that was made ahead of time (like ginger chicken or red cooked pork). And yes, I’d love to come over for dinner. πŸ™‚
