I am the lucky one who won the wok giveaway. I just received the wok in the mail yesterday and got it seasoned last night, and as I was out of town last week I am going to try to catch up tonight and make last Wednesday’s Hoisin Chicken. My kids were very excited to see the new wok (we can’t decide whether to give away my trusty old one to my sister or the wonderful new one). Thanks!
