Its a two-for-one week! We’ll be cooking Summer Pepper Corn (p. 219) AND Ginger Beef (p.71). Both recipes should be fairly straight-forward, and it will be fun to test out our wok skills with two recipes instead of one. As usual, leave any questions or comments you might have below!

I made the summer pepper corn last week. With the abundance of corn and company it was such an easy dish to whip up and it was a sell out.
Glad we’re scheduling this in time to enjoy the last of the summer corn. There’s nothing like stir-fried corn.
